From October 3 to 9, UNE’s newly elected officers and staff gathered in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield for a full week of onboarding and training.
Over the week, participants took part in sessions led by UNE staff, PSAC staff and the Joint Learning Program (JLP), which presented on health and safety. Sessions covered the roles and responsabiliites of elected officers and staff work together to serve our members.
Beyond the training itself, the week was a chance to get to know one another and build strong working relationships for the term ahead and enjoy some karaoké.
