L\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e9tait d\u00e9\u00e7ue que ce dernier n\u2019ait pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de proposition financi\u00e8re, car cela aurait permis d\u2019en arriver plus rapidement \u00e0 une entente que nous attendons depuis trop longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, il y a eu des progr\u00e8s \u00e0 certains \u00e9gards, ce qui est encourageant. De plus, l\u2019employeur s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 discuter de toutes les questions financi\u00e8res non r\u00e9gl\u00e9es durant les n\u00e9gociations pr\u00e9vues \u00e0 la mi\u2011f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation des OES continue de r\u00e9clamer d\u2019importantes am\u00e9liorations aux horaires et conditions de travail, notamment&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>la parit\u00e9 salariale avec l\u2019administration publique centrale;<\/li><li>une indemnit\u00e9 qui couvre toutes les d\u00e9penses personnelles li\u00e9es au t\u00e9l\u00e9travail;<\/li><li>une meilleure s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi et un m\u00e9canisme juste et transparent pour l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des horaires;<\/li><li>la bonification des prestations de cong\u00e9 parental et de maternit\u00e9;<\/li><li>de meilleures primes pour le travail en soir\u00e9e et les fins de semaine;<\/li><li>l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des cong\u00e9s de maladie, du cong\u00e9 pour obligations familiales, des cong\u00e9s annuels et du cong\u00e9 de compassion.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation fournira des pr\u00e9cisions \u00e0 l&#8217;occasion des prochaines rencontres d&#8217;information (lieux et dates \u00e0 venir).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/syndicatafpc.ca\/negociations-oes-ensemble-avance?_ga=2.144970164.1831582544.1641409349-1121130890.1580157739\">N\u00e9gociations des OES&nbsp;: ensemble, on avance! | Alliance de la Fonction publique du Canada (syndicatafpc.ca)<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>5 janvier 2022 L\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation des Op\u00e9rations et des enqu\u00eates statistiques (OES) a fait des gains en d\u00e9cembre, m\u00eame si l\u2019employeur n\u2019a pas abord\u00e9 les questions en suspens.
