L\u2019\u00e9quipe de n\u00e9gociation entend faire des progr\u00e8s&nbsp;\u00e0 ce chapitre&nbsp;avant d\u2019entamer les discussions sur les salaires et autres&nbsp;dispositions&nbsp;p\u00e9cuniaires.<br>&nbsp;<br>Voici quelques-unes des questions&nbsp;prioritaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Le maintien des&nbsp;horaires&nbsp;flexibles<\/strong>&nbsp;afin d\u2019offrir aux membres&nbsp;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;d\u2019options. Les membres ont fait preuve de r\u00e9silience et de d\u00e9vouement tout au long de la pand\u00e9mie. Ils devraient d\u00e9sormais b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier&nbsp;de la plus grande souplesse possible.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019am\u00e9lioration des mesures de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9&nbsp;<\/strong>pour tous les membres, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0&nbsp;des&nbsp;dispositions&nbsp;claires&nbsp;qui obligent&nbsp;l\u2019employeur \u00e0 fournir des \u00e9quipements de protection individuelle au personnel et \u00e0 offrir une formation ad\u00e9quate aux repr\u00e9sentantes et repr\u00e9sentants en sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail.<\/li><li><strong>Des dispositions prot\u00e9geant les membres qui d\u00e9noncent des actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles<\/strong>\u202f:&nbsp;le syst\u00e8me actuel ne prot\u00e8ge pas ad\u00e9quatement les membres qui signalent des actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles sur le lieu de travail. Tous les membres qui d\u00e9noncent de tels actes devraient \u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s contre les repr\u00e9sailles.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Une structure des groupes professionnels (SGP)<\/strong>\u202f:&nbsp;il est essentiel d\u2019avoir un syst\u00e8me de classification juste et moderne&nbsp;afin&nbsp;que les membres soient r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e9quitablement pour le travail qu\u2019ils accomplissent.
