the impact of&nbsp;technological changes; the effect of an uncertain economy on job security;&nbsp;and the major inequalities that remain for women, racialized workers, and many other marginalized&nbsp;groups.&nbsp;These&nbsp;are some of&nbsp;the&nbsp;key issues that can be addressed in&nbsp;the&nbsp;next round of bargaining&nbsp;that&nbsp;begins&nbsp;this summer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This next round of&nbsp;talks&nbsp;will&nbsp;be all about the&nbsp;future of work in the federal public service and you&nbsp;can help decide what your union bargaining team brings to the table&nbsp;by completing&nbsp;our member surveys.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each&nbsp;survey&nbsp;is&nbsp;for&nbsp;PSAC&nbsp;members in the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/psacunion.ca\/parks-canada\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Parks Canada Agency<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/psacunion.ca\/canadian-food-inspection-agency\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Canada Food Inspection Agency<\/a>&nbsp;groups.&nbsp;They&nbsp;will be open until&nbsp;<strong>April 9th, 2021<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take&nbsp;15 minutes to&nbsp;fill out our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/Parks2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Parks&nbsp;Canada&nbsp;survey<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CFIA2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CFIA survey<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;to make&nbsp;sure&nbsp;we address your workplace concerns at the table.&nbsp;Your input is essential.&nbsp;We need to hear&nbsp;directly&nbsp;from you about&nbsp;what has&nbsp;changed over the last year.&nbsp;And we need&nbsp;to know more about you so that we can&nbsp;make the case&nbsp;for&nbsp;a&nbsp;contract that&nbsp;equitably&nbsp;addresses&nbsp;our members\u2019 diverse needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your participation in&nbsp;the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/Parks2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parks Canada&nbsp;survey<\/a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/CFIA2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CFIA survey<\/a>&nbsp;and the broader bargaining process is key to our success in the next round of talks.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your component union and PSAC\u00a0will\u00a0review\u00a0your proposals and\u00a0they, along with\u00a0the survey\u2019s\u00a0results,\u00a0will be discussed at a bargaining conference of member delegates from across the country who will decide the bargaining priorities.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The current collective agreements expire on the following dates:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parks:&nbsp;<\/strong>August 4, 2021&nbsp;<br><strong>CFIA:&nbsp;<\/strong>December 31, 2021&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please keep your contact information up to date&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/psacunion.ca\/user\" target=\"_blank\">via the member portal<\/a>&nbsp;to receive more updates as we prepare to negotiate your next contract.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: <a href=\"http:\/\/psacunion.ca\/parks-cfia-survey-you-can-shape-future-work-public\">Parks &amp;
