While the Union lobbies for a solution, here\u2019s the latest on what you can do if you experience pay issues.<\/p>\n<p>First, the Union has worked with your employer to create <strong>Steps 1-3<\/strong> to help you within your workplace. It\u2019s imperative that you follow these steps before escalating your issues to UNE.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.une-sen.org\/press\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/PhoenixEscalationPoster-Final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">On the chart<\/a>, you can see there are <strong>three steps<\/strong> to complete within your workplace before contacting the Union.<\/li>\n<li>Note the Case Priority Order. It\u2019s important that you have realistic expectations as so many employees are experiencing pay problems.<\/li>\n<li>Check out the bubbles outlining case-specific examples.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, if your issues are still not resolved, move on to Step 4.
