Since then, PSAC had been pushing the employer to sign the agreements.<\/p>\n<h3>Letter sent to Trudeau; ULP complaint threatened<\/h3>\n<p>Last week, due to the excessive delay, PSAC National President Robyn Benson sent a letter to the Prime Minister.
