Together, they identified key areas of focus with the overarching need for the federal public service to create a culture that enshrines psychological health, safety and well-being in all aspects of the workplace through collaboration, inclusivity and respect.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<div id=\"content\" class=\"region\">\n<div id=\"block-system-main\" class=\"block block-system no-title odd first last block-count-2 block-region-content block-main\">\n<div class=\"ds-1col node node-news node-promoted article odd node-lang-en node-full view-mode-full clearfix\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden view-mode-full\">\n<div class=\"field-items\">\n<div class=\"field-item even\">\n<p>One of the recommendations stemming from the Technical Committee Report was the creation of a single, enterprise-wide, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/treasury-board-secretariat\/topics\/healthy-workplace\/workplace-wellness.html\"><strong>Centre of Expertise on mental health in the workplace<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre of Expertise\u2019s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/treasury-board-secretariat\/topics\/healthy-workplace\/workplace-wellness.html\">web presence<\/a><\/strong> aims to facilitate easy access to resources and tools for organizations, managers and employees.
