Our bargaining team met with the Agency on May 26, 27 and 28. During this session, our team introduced\u00a0new language<\/a>\u00a0that proposes the formation and funding of a new Joint National Child Care Committee comprised of equal representation from PSAC and the Agency.<\/p>\n

Our team also provided the Agency with a presentation on our proposal for the Social Justice Fund.<\/p>\n

The Agency presented their proposal to replace our current sick leave system with a short-term disability scheme. Your team respectfully watched the presentation, but afterward reiterated our stern disagreement with the Agency\u2019s proposal.<\/p>\n

Our next round of bargaining will be scheduled shortly.<\/p>\n
