The following are answers to these questions:<\/p>\n<p><b>How do I make my travel arrangements?<br \/>\n<\/b>After you\u2019ve received your delegate confirmation letter (coming soon!) \u2013 and after you\u2019ve faxed us your approved leave form \u2013 you can contact WE Travel to book your flight. You can contact their Ottawa office at 1\u2011888\u2011663\u20116685\u00a0or their Vancouver office at 1\u2011800\u2011663\u20114703. When booking your flight, you must provide them with the following promotional code:\u00a0EX47RV71.<\/p>\n<p>Your delegate confirmation letter will include further instructions about completing your travel reservation \u2013 stay tuned!<\/p>\n<p><b>Who reserves my hotel room?<br \/>\n<\/b>That would be your friendly neighbour administrative staff at the UNE. So, you\u2019re off the hook for your hotel reservation; but it\u2019s up to you to book your flight!<\/p>\n<p><b>Can I stay a few days before or after convention at my own expense?<br \/>\n<\/b>Yes, absolutely \u2013 you can even stay in the same hotel. Just make sure to inform us of your travel plans.<\/p>\n<p><b>When can I go ahead and book my flight?<br \/>\n<\/b>As soon as you\u2019ve received your delegate confirmation letter (it\u2019s coming soon, we promise!) and after you\u2019ve faxed us your approved leave form. Best of all, if you book before June 1, you\u2019ll automatically be entered into a draw for a mystery prize!<\/p>\n<p><b>Will the UNE launch an artificial sun into space to guarantee sunny weather during convention?<br \/>\n<\/b>Although the UNE fully endorses sunny weather, an endeavor of this kind would have to be presented as a resolution and approved by a majority of members at convention. In the meantime, all members of the UNE staff are feverishly sending positive thoughts into the cosmos to banish rainy weather for the week.<\/p>\n<p>Do you have a question that isn\u2019t answered here?
