In August 2011, delegates at our convention voted to change our name to the Union of National Employees. Our new name places the emphasis on the people who make our union great.

▲ Logo
The logo is made up of five arches that evoke the idea of bridges. At the UNE, we represent more than 22 000 people working across 67 workplaces; we know diversity is what makes us strong. Our union is a place where bridges are built every day; between members and other members, between different communities, across different workplaces, between our union and other unions, and between people from all corners of our great country.

▲ Logo with Tagline
Our new tagline, Unity in Diversity, celebrates our dedication to working in solidarity to represent a diverse membership.
